- All expenses that lead to the earning of revenues by software exports outside or within the borders of Georgia are to be deducted from the company’s gross income.
- If the income generated by the company in VZ is not distributed as dividends, then there will be no further taxation for the same in Georgia
- Export duties on software products exported from the customs territory of Georgia are exempted
